Able is a Guerilla skill for the Commando class. With each point invested, inflicting damage on enemies allows Axton to regenerate 0.4 percent of his health every second for three seconds. With five points invested, this effect tops out at 2 percent every second. This effect does not stack with multiple instances of damage, and must 'wear off' before triggering again.
