Description
A quest you get after finding a ECHO recording of Taggert dropped from a stalker.
The ECHO recording will only drop after you have collected Taggert's recordings for Sir Hammerlock in Stalker of Stalkers
After obtaining the ECHO recording, you must go just outside Overlook and kill 6 of Henry's stalker minions
followed shortly by Henry himself who drops Taggert's arm, the key to his mother's day gift.
After Taggert's hand drops from Henry you can unlock Taggert's mother's day gift
